Gargi Chauhan

My name is Gargi Chauhan. I have completed M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Gwalior Government Hospital (RCI, India recognized). I am currently working as an Assistant Professor & Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur.

I have had a very clear and straightforward vision of becoming a Clinical Psychologist since the beginning of my career. I have been practicing in this field for about 4 years now and have seen a variety of cases ranging from mild to severe mental health conditions.

My role involves specialized training in the diagnosis and psychological treatment of mental, behavioural, and emotional disorders. I help individuals foster positive personality changes, improve emotional well-being, and achieve personal growth.

Through my experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges people face while dealing with mental health concerns. I strive to be a fair, respectful, and compassionate therapist who communicates clearly and handles difficult situations with empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard.

I believe it is essential for every therapist to be sensitive to each individual's cultural background and personal experiences, as these shape how they think and respond to life. If we have the knowledge and skills to help people overcome their challenges, we can contribute to making the world a more positive, healthy, and harmonious place.
